This thing is built very tough and it is fast. I can easily get under 500 microns in 30min or less. It's very important though to read the manual and learn how to correctly operate it. You'll get much better results if you take off the hose when you're done using it and turn it on for a second so it breaks the vacuum. However, beware though that oil may shoot up a little and land on anything that's nearby. I've found that this greatly improves the vacuum performance for the next use. My only little complaint is that it can be tricky to put in the correct amount of oil. The level in the site glass raises quite a bit when the machine is running so you almost have to fill it slightly below where it indicates. If I fill it up to the indicator before using it it seems like I've put too much in after i'm finished with it. Great machine though.
